The breakfast had a great selection of cheeses, fresh baked breads and cakes. The views from the rooms were nice and it's close to the ski slopes. The location is superb for mountain sports, with options for skiing and cross country. The hotel is family-oriented and has a cozy chalet-style decor. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is located in a stunning alpine setting. It offers fantastic access to skiing and snowboarding, including a cross, country skiing loop, and there's plenty of opportunities for apres, ski relaxation including a spa and whirlpool. Inside, the decor is beautiful, and the staff are professional and welcoming.
The hotel's attention to detail falls short in a few areas. We were disappointed that there were no tea or coffee, making facilities in the room, and we had to pay extra every time we wanted a drink.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a beautiful area in Austria was simply breathtaking. Surrounded by open nature and in close proximity to the Innsbruck area, it offered the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The service provided was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping ensuring our every need was met. We also appreciated the wide range of amenities available, such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi in the leisure spa & wellness centre. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant serving delicious meals and a bar/lounge area perfect for unwinding after a long day. the quality of service and the beautiful surroundings made our stay here truly memorable.
We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Had a fantastic romantic escape, loved the breathtaking views of the mountains and the cozy décor in the hotel. The hotel offered a superb half-day board that came with scrumptious dinners; truly a gastronomic experience. , the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home.
we encountered some shortcomings during our stay, such as cold water in the shower and the lack of amenities like individual toiletries and tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. Nonetheless, the cons could not ruin our relaxing, intimate getaway.
